The building’s exterior impresses with its classic architecture. The large rooms offer comfortable spaces, with adequate food quality at dinner and breakfast buffets.
Upon entering, it felt like stepping back into time with dated decor and worn carpets throughout. One room faced a brick wall with a gloomy vibe, while the balcony, if it had been cleaned, could have been a nice feature. Parking was confusing. several guests struggled to find available spaces which affected the check-in process. Hot water issues marred the experience, making morning routines a hassle, and housekeeping left much to be desired with minimal replenishment.

Great family getaway!
We had such a fun family stay! The hotel staff were super welcoming and handled my gluten-free needs perfectly. The family room setup was awesome since we had our own space, which was a lifesaver. Dining options were good. the restaurant had some tasty food. Only thing is, the queue at lunch was a bit annoying.

Clean accommodation with a powerful shower and a good selection of breakfast items, including a hot buffet. The room had essential amenities and a great presentation upon arrival. the shower head was positioned too low, and the lack of elevator access to lower ground floor rooms could pose issues for those with mobility concerns.

I had a lovely two-night stay in a cozy single room that was clean and tidy, and I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a hot buffet. The games room and lounge area were perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Just a heads up, breakfast can feel a bit rushed if you hit the peak time, so it's best to go a little earlier. 😊
